Bin Storage Rack

Bin storage racks with adjustable metal dividers efficiently organize small and medium-sized parts, tools, and components in various industrial settings. We offer standard bin configurations with 16, 21, 22, 29, 36, 43, and 78 storage compartments, but you can customize the number of compartments based on your needs. Theseb 36" wide, 87" tall bin storage units are well-suited for storing all types of hardware, cables, automotive parts, plumbing, maintenance, electronic components, and more. Additionally, these bin shelving units have optional swinging doors, adding an extra layer of protection to secure your inventory.

• Front posts are beaded type made of 14-gauge steel and formed into a .75" wide x 2.625" deep tubular post.
• Back posts are angle type and made of 14-gauge steel.
• Units have 24-gauge side and back panels. Panels are punched with .3125” holes on 1” increments along the outer edges for attaching purposes. Panel heights greater than 39" will come in multiple sections.
• Shelves have a roll-formed tubular-shaped front and rear edge with return bends welded to the underside of the shelf on 3" centers for maximum strength.
• Shelf corners are lapped and welded to provide a rigid corner and add extra strength to the shelf.
• Shelves are adjustable on 1.5" centers using shelf clips.
• The Shelf surface is punched from left to right for adjusting dividers.
• The divider’s tops and bottoms are flanged and punched for attaching to shelves using snap-in fasteners.
• Shelf dividers are 18-gauge steel with a beaded front edge.
• Bin fronts (where applicable) are made of 18-gauge steel with a beaded top edge and punched for attaching to the front edge of the shelf. Bin fronts are standard on designated products only.
• Hinged doors are 20-gauge steel with box flanges on all four edges and reinforced with pan-type channels inside the doors.
• Doors have a three-point locking system.
• Doors have a chrome turn handle with a built-in cylinder key lock.
• Door adds 1" to the overall depth of shelving.
