Returns & Exchange



StoreMoreStore strives to provide high quality products at competitive prices. Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price. If you received an item in error we'll gladly pay for return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee. Defective merchandise


Orders may not be changed or canceled without written consent. Orders for non-standard or modified products may not be canceled. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within two (2) working days after receipt of the Order Acknowledgement, providing the order has not already been put into production. A minimum charge of 50% will be imposed for changes or cancellation. The minimum charge will be increased if necessary to fully compensate us for all materials ordered, work performed, lost profits, reasonable overhead, and any other expenses resulting from the cancellation or change.


All returns due to customer error may be subject to a 50% re-handling, restocking charge. All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery. Merchandise is not returnable without a valid return authorization number (RMA Number) from StoreMoreStore. All returns must be in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on worn or damaged products. All transportation charges must be prepaid. We do not refund for shipping charges. Collect or COD shipments will not be accepted. No returns on modified or non-standard products will be allowed. "Special Ordered Items" and "Made To Order" items are non-returnable. Our agreement to accept a return is conditional upon our inspection of the returned product. If you received an item in error we'll gladly pay for return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.
