Our pallet rack storage bins convert the lower level of pallet rack bays into parts shelving, promoting efficient space utilization and organization. This system employs an overhead track system securely fastened to the rack beams, allowing for the suspension of multiple rows of bin storage columns. Rows up to four deep move independently from side to side, enabling easy access and maximizing storage. This innovative design optimizes storage capacity and accessibility, making it a practical solution for warehouses, distribution centers, and businesses needing small parts storage.
The overhead track system is galvanized steel.
Tracks mount to the rack beams and allow the bin storage columns to move side to side.
Each storage bin column has rollers secured to the top of the column.
Bins are made of heavy-duty, two-sided PVC material coated with heavy-duty polyester woven fabric.
A PVC transparent coating is applied in two layers to the bins, covering the polyester fabric lining (550g/m2).
Label Holders: Each storage bin has a clip-on clear plastic label holder, 4" wide x 2" high.
