Pigeon Hole Shelving

Our 36" wide, 87" tall industrial pigeonhole shelving is perfect for organizing and storing long materials like rebar, bar stock, tubing, light tubes, piano hinges, dowels, pipe, wood trim, PVC, lumber, and angle iron. Available units come as deep as 8' with cubbies as small as 4.5" wide x 4.5" high and as large as 12" wide x 10.5" high. These extra deep pigeonhole shelving storage units offer an efficient and space-saving solution that ensures your materials are well-organized and readily available when needed.

• Posts are made from 14-gauge steel, roll-formed, and welded into a 1.5" wide x 3" deep tubular heavy-duty "H" type post.
• Posts are punched on 1.5" centers to receive shelf clips. Rear flanges are punched for the attachment of side panels.
• Stabilizer beams span the top and bottom of the unit to eliminate unit sway.
• Shelves have a roll-formed tubular-shaped front and rear edge with return bends welded to the underside of the shelf on 3" centers for maximum strength.
• The shelf front edges are designed to protect against impact.
• Shelf corners are lapped and welded to provide a rigid corner and add extra strength to the shelf.
• Shelf surface is punched from left to right, front and back to accept dividers.
• Dividers bolt in for added strength and durability.
• Shelves are adjustable on 1.5" centers using shelf clips.
• Side panels are fabricated from 18-gauge sheet steel and provided on both sides of the shelving units.
• Back Panels are constructed from .75" plywood to absorb impact when storing materials.
