How to estimate the number of record boxes (letter-size documents):

• One vertical file cabinet drawer (25" deep drawer) equals approximately 1.6 boxes.
• One lateral file drawer (36" wide) with left-to-right filing equals approximately 2.1 boxes.
• One linear foot of paper is equal to 0.8 boxes.
• One box holds an estimated 2,400 images.

Terms of Scanning Service:

• Client: The person who is placing the scanning order.
• Care and Handling of Originals: StoreMoreStore will use reasonable care with materials submitted for scanning. If damage occurs during shipping, scanning, and acts of God, StoreMoreStore will not be held liable.
• Rights to Scan or Reproduce Original: In the case of copyrighted materials, it is the client's sole responsibility of the client to obtain the permission of the artist or photographer to have the right to place the image in digital form. StoreMoreStore is not responsible for copyright, reproduction, or infringement issues; if the client does not obtain this permission, this infringement is entirely borne by the client. StoreMoreStore cannot be held liable or party to any copyright infringement lawsuits.
