Order Status

To find your ship date, tracking, and status information, please visit 'My Account' on our website in the upper right-hand corner of the site. This will bring up your recent orders.

Please contact our team within 2 business days of placing your order at sales@storemorestore.com if you need to update or cancel your order.

Orders for non-standard or modified products may not be canceled. In addition, a minimum charge of 50% of the order total will be charged. In some situations, this minimum may increase if necessary to compensate for various expenses from the cancellation or change.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, you cannot make changes.

Click ‘View My Account’ from the account dropdown menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the site.

You will find order details on your account dashboard on the ‘Order’ tab.

On the ‘Order’ tab on your account dashboard, click on the order you are trying to locate. Please double-check that all items are marked ‘shipped’.

If your order has tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm your packages were delivered or in transit.

If your packages display as ‘delivered’, please email our team at sales@storemorestore.com with your order number and contact details.

On the ‘Order’ tab on your account dashboard, click on the order you are trying to locate. Please double-check that all items are marked ‘shipped’.

Oftentimes, orders with multiple products may be sent in separate shipments. This is labeled as a ‘split shipment’ on orders.

Unfortunately, the timeline for items on backorder from our suppliers is unpredictable. Once your product is back in stock, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. To view current orders and status, visit your account dashboard.

Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process before you submit your payment information.

Please email sales@storemorestore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order invoice and contact information.

We strive to provide high-quality products at competitive prices, and defective merchandise will be replaced.

All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery and in resalable condition. We don’t accept returns on worn or damaged products. In addition, all returns due to customer error may be subject to a 50% re-handling and restocking charge.

There are no returns on:

  • Modified Items
  • Non-Standard Items
  • Special Ordered Items
  • Made to Order items

Our agreement to accept a return is conditional upon inspection of the returned product. If you received an item in error, we'll gladly pay the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.

My Account

Create an account by clicking on the 'Account' button in the upper right-hand corner of our site. Registering your account will require your name, company name, address, and email.

Once created, you'll receive a confirmation email from our site. Your new account will have details such as past and current orders, messages, saved addresses, recently viewed products, and account settings.

First, log into your Account by selecting ‘Account’ and then ‘Sign In’ in the upper-right-hand corner of the website.

Once you are signed in, click ‘Account Settings’. You can update your name, company, phone number, email address, and password on this tab.

If you need to update your shipping or billing address, toggle to the ‘Addresses’ tab on your account dashboard.

To reset your password, click ‘Account' in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Then, click 'Forgot Your Password?' to receive an email with instructions on resetting your credentials.

Pricing & Billing

We accept all major credit cards and purchase orders (PO). Submit your Purchase Order or Tax Exemption Certificate on our website here.

Submit your tax-exempt status using our online application. The application is found at the footer of our website.

Once your application is submitted, our team will formally review your tax exemption certificate. You should expect an email update within one business day.

Please contact our team at sales@storemorestore.com with your order number or a copy of your invoice.

You can also contact our team by sending us a message on your account dashboard.

Click 'View My Account' from the account dropdown menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the site.

You will find order details on your account dashboard on the 'Order' tab. You can select the order you want to print your receipt/invoice from here.

Your card will be charged at the time of checkout.

Buyer's Guide

Use the top navigation menu to view items based on product type or relevant markets. You can also type a keyword into the 'Search' in the upper right-hand corner. If you are having trouble locating a specific product, email or chat with our team.

Insert your coupon code when you view your cart, before starting the checkout process. Click on ‘Cart’ then ‘View Cart’ to pull up your items. After putting in the coupon code, you can begin checking out.
