• The cabinet frame supports 1,000 lbs of weight.
• The table's vertical frame is 12-gage furniture steel. The horizontal frame is 16-gage furniture steel.
• Frame connection joints are flush-mounted using flathead bolts and inserted through beveled seats.
• The base has non-marring 1.25" diameter leveling glides.
• The cabinet side panels, doors, and shelves are .75" thick, 45-65 psi industrial-grade particleboard substrates that meet or exceed ANSI standards.
• Cabinet backs are a single panel substrate of 45 psi density MDF, .25" inch thickness.
• Wood cores are 100% recycled content.
• Cabinet body uses an interlocking point-to-point cam fastening system.
• Cabinet body and interior shelf edges have a .5 mm thick high-impact material, thermally bonded to all exposed edges.
• Cabinet mail drop slots are 12"W x 1.5"H. Each cabinet has three slots labeled US, Express, and Interoffice.
• Door locks are keyed alike.
• Cabinet door edging uses a solid 3mm thick ABS material, thermally pressure-bonded to all door edges.
• Hinges are concealed, self-closing 6-way adjustable hinges. Door pulls are recessed.
• Modular construction from lightweight, high-strength polystyrene.
• Polystyrene material is 100% recyclable, with zero pH value and zero emissive properties.
• Polystyrene is non-combustible, non-toxic, and safe for human contact and food storage applications.
• Sort modules are modular and can be configured in any width and height by interlocking bin modules.
• Individual module dimensions are 11.75" wide x 15.75" deep x 14" high (nominal).
• Modules reconfigure easily (with no tools required) to accommodate ongoing space and system capacity changes.

• Hanging folders are made of polypropylene with rails to suspend folders.

• Labels are available in 10 colors for effective color-coding and indexing on request.
