Mobile Gravity Flow Rack

Our innovative mobile gravity flow racks streamline carton handling and order-picking operations in distribution and manufacturing facilities. With an emphasis on enhancing workflow, improving productivity, and achieving cost savings, these racks are engineered for efficient FIFO (First in, First Out) stock rotation. We offer stationary and mobile units with casters for added mobility and flexibility.

• Uprights are all-welded and made from heavy-duty 13-gauge steel.
• The slanted shelves are adjustable on .5" increments.
• The shelf pitch is adjustable (1" per foot is recommended for most cartons).
• Wheels are staggered to provide maximum gravity flow.
• 1.9" diameter high-density polyethylene wheels fill each shelf (wheel axles are on 2" centers).
• The skates (roller panels) install between rack beams.
• Carton stops (attached to front beam) stop cartons and allow for open case picking.
• No lane dividers are needed (racks work with any size cartons).
