This under pallet rack aisle free pull out storage system is designed to reclaim unused space beneath pallet racking by positioning shelving carriages directly under the rack structure. The carriages pull forward from beneath the rack only when access is required, using the main aisle as a temporary access point and eliminating the need for permanent aisles below the rack.
This configuration is designed for an 8 ft wide pallet rack bay and includes four under rack pull out carriages with wire grid shelving. The carriages operate on a concealed floor mounted flat track system that remains hidden beneath the rack, while a front mounted urethane wheel supports smooth movement along the floor surface and maintains alignment during operation without obstructing aisle traffic.
