Modular Inplant Office

Our modular in-plant offices offer an efficient solution for businesses seeking additional office space. These prefabricated offices have light fixtures, electrical outlets, light switches, and circuit breaker boxes, ensuring a complete and functional office. The modular offices are well-suited for various settings, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. In addition, these in-plant offices allow for dismantling and relocation, providing flexibility if your needs should change.

These modular offices are categorized as tangible personal property, enabling them to be depreciated over seven years, which can yield financial benefits for the organization. Custom configurations, including cleanroom walls, are available upon request.

• Modular walls are 3" thick and constructed of .5" gypsum panels with a polystyrene core.
• Wall panels have R-11, STC-31(Class A per ASTM-E84) fire and sound ratings.
• Doors are 3'W x 7'H and made of 20-gauge steel with .25" clear tempered safety glass windows.
• Doors have locks.
• Roof covers are corrugated steel with support angles.
• Drop-in ceiling tiles are 2' x 4' x .625" mineral fiberboard with a white steel grid system.
• Insulation is 6" Fiberglass (R-19).
