The 16-Opening IT Asset Management Smart Locker System provides secure, automated storage and distribution of laptops, tablets, mobile devices, peripherals, and other technology assets. Designed for corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and technology service departments, this smart locker solution streamlines equipment checkout, returns, repairs, and inventory management while maintaining a secure chain of custody for valuable assets. Includes product, freight, delivery, normal business hours (non-union) installation, and setup in the Continental United States (lower 48).
Integrated remote management software allows administrators to track equipment usage, manage reservations, monitor return schedules, and generate detailed audit reports. Users can reserve equipment through a web portal or mobile app and receive pickup notifications by text, email, or push notification when assets are available. Access is granted through a unique code, barcode, or RFID credential, automatically opening the assigned locker compartment. The modular system can be expanded as inventory requirements grow and supports both equipment distribution and repair workflows.
