This double entry adder shelving unit is designed to extend an existing 4-post shelving run, letting you grow your storage capacity without starting from scratch. At 36'' W x 26'' D x 88.25'' H with 7 openings, it provides accessible storage from both sides of the unit, making it a practical choice for file rooms, archives, supply areas, and other high-density storage environments where floor space is at a premium.

Weighing 190 lbs and made in the USA, this adder unit is built for long-term use in demanding commercial and institutional settings. Its double-sided configuration means staff can retrieve and return items from either aisle, supporting a smoother workflow in busy storage areas.

An adder unit connects to a compatible starter or existing shelving section to form a continuous run, sharing a common upright with the adjacent unit. This approach maximizes the number of storage positions per square foot of floor space compared to freestanding individual units. The 26'' depth and 88.25'' height make it well suited for letter- and legal-size filing, binders, boxes, and general supply storage. With 7 openings across its full height, the unit offers flexible shelf placement to accommodate items of varying sizes. Installation by a Certified Installer is recommended to qualify for the full warranty coverage.
