Durable Laminate Construction: Built with thermally fused laminate on industrial-grade 40-50 lbs substrate, featuring 1.5mm edge banding for enhanced durability.
Sturdy and Reliable Design: Sides are 1'' thick, with 0.625'' thick top, bottom, and interior vertical partitions for structural integrity.
Secure and Concealed Assembly: Locking assembly fasteners are concealed, providing a clean and professional appearance.
Adjustable Sorting Shelves: Each sort column includes full-depth, injection-molded rigid PVC plastic shelf supports on 1'' centers for flexible shelf adjustment.
Memory Retention Shelves: Removable and interchangeable polyethylene shelves (0.125'') with memory retention for long-lasting performance.
Secure Shelf Support: Shelves are supported by a full-width aluminum indexing support channel at the front and back, ensuring stability and a minimum weight capacity of 35 pounds per shelf.
Customizable Labeling System: Each shelf features a full-width snap-on label holder, with removable clear plastic covers for index strips. Includes white index label strips and a user-friendly Excel/Word label template for easy customization.
Versatile Configuration Options: Available in letter, legal, and oversized sorter options, accommodating various document sizes.
Optional Doors and Work Shelf: Enhance functionality with optional doors and a pull-out work shelf for additional workspace and security.
