This 5' wide x 72' long standard rolling bench is built for long production runs, larger greenhouse bays, and high-density CEA layouts. The tabletop provides 9.75" of side-to-side travel, allowing growers to shift the growing surface laterally for daily crop access, watering, pruning, scouting, and room maintenance. Unlike track-based bench systems, the Standard Roll design does not require a floor track, helping facilities add bench mobility without converting the room to a full track system.

The bench system is built with a galvanized steel frame and raised extruded aluminum side rails. The side rails help contain the tray and create a defined bench edge, while the frame supports the Ebb & Flow Tray used for flood and drain watering. A leveling header provides up to 2" of adjustment, which helps the bench sit level on uneven slabs. Proper leveling is especially important for ebb and flow applications because water needs to move evenly across the tray during fill and drain cycles.

How the Ebb & Flow Tray Works:

Flood Cycle: Water or nutrient solution is introduced into the tray so plant containers can absorb moisture from below.

Drain Cycle: After watering, the tray drains so water does not remain standing on the bench surface between cycles.
Level Surface Requirement: A level bench helps water distribute and drain more evenly, which is why leveling adjustment matters for ebb and flow applications.
