Our Short Dilator Drying Cart with HEPA Filter and 24 Capacity is designed to dry, store, and organize up to 24 Savary-Gilliard or wire-guided dilators. This medical-grade cabinet uses a positive pressure fan system to dry both the interior and exterior of dilators up to 28'' in length. A replaceable HEPA filter removes 99.7% of particles at .03 microns, and the adjustable fan timer activates automatically after every cabinet access to maintain hygienic drying conditions.
