This configuration provides 2 vertical storage levels with a 41-inch clear opening per level. Each 96.5-inch-wide x 47-inch-deep platform supports up to 1,000 pounds. Openings are adjustable, and additional levels can be configured for the project. The complete lift measures approximately 105 inches wide x 55 inches deep x 100 inches high and operates on 220V, single-phase, 10 Amp power.

The Universal Stacker is a convertible storage platform that can be adapted as facility needs change. The front-load arrangement can be modified in the field for side loading, and available side panels, wheel chocks, and a seismic package allow the final project to be configured for the site. Available wheel chocks and loading-ramp configurations are selected during project review. Built-in safety systems include dual floor safety sensors, a safety light curtain, and a keyed lockout emergency stop. Green and red color-coded controls provide clear operating guidance. UL-certified electronics, an antimicrobial powder-coated finish, and U.S.-based manufacturing support durable daily use.

Installation and freight are quoted separately. The stacker ships unassembled and is custom configured and professionally installed by Southwest Solutions Group to support proper operation and site safety. Installation is typically completed in one day per lift, subject to site conditions, electrical readiness, unloading access, and the approved project configuration.
