This 4-post double entry adder shelving unit is built to extend an existing shelving run, giving operations teams a cost-effective way to add organized, accessible storage without starting from scratch. At 42'' W x 26'' D x 76.25'' H with 6 openings, it provides generous vertical capacity in a double-sided configuration that lets staff access stored materials from both sides of the aisle - a practical advantage in file rooms, supply areas, records storage, and similar high-use environments.

Made in the USA and weighing 181 lbs, this is a substantial, purpose-built unit designed to integrate cleanly into a 4-post shelving system as an adder section. The double entry design means both faces of the unit are open and usable, maximizing the return on every linear foot of floor space in your storage layout.

Adder units like this one are added to a starter shelving section to build out a continuous row. Because the adder shares upright posts with the adjacent section, the overall system uses fewer components and takes up less floor space than standalone units placed side by side. This unit is well suited for facilities that are expanding an existing 4-post shelving installation and need a consistent 26'' depth and 76.25'' height to match their current run. The 6-opening layout supports flexible shelf placement across the full height of the unit, accommodating a range of stored items from binders and boxes to supplies and equipment.

Key Features:

• Double Entry Configuration: Open on both sides for aisle access from either direction, improving workflow efficiency in shared storage areas.
• 6 Openings: Six shelf openings across the unit height provide flexible, organized storage for a variety of items and load types.
• Adder Design: Connects to an existing 4-post starter section, sharing uprights to reduce component count and maximize usable floor space.
• Generous Capacity Footprint: At 42'' W x 26'' D x 76.25'' H, this unit adds substantial storage volume to an existing shelving row.
• Made in the USA: Domestically manufactured for consistent quality and reliable lead times from a U.S.-based production facility.

This double entry adder unit is a straightforward way to grow a 4-post shelving system without replacing what is already in place. It fits naturally into records management, supply storage, and general warehouse or office storage environments where organized, accessible shelving is a daily operational need.
